I just can't make enough of these watercolor wreaths - they're addicting! They are so easy to make using the pattern in this book. Now I keep watch for fabrics that will work, and pick them up when I see them on sale. I've got fabrics in my stash for another winter, a spring and a summer version too.
I just love how it brightens up the dining room table. What do you think?
Very pretty, Liz! I would love to see it in all the variations you are thinking of, I see how it could lend itself easily to different themes.
ReplyDeleteI admire quilting, it is something I haven't found the patience for (my failing, not quilting's).
That's totally cute! And festive!

Oh nice! I never saw that before (that technique). It's "modern" yet "traditional".
ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful. I love them too. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI love it. I will have to try that, after Christmas.

ReplyDeleteLove it! And the leaves won't turn brown and fall off, either!
ReplyDeleteyou really are very very good at this quilting. I made a quilt once, it took me ages, and I did the whole things by hand; very detailed. But then, I gave it away to someone whom I thought would appreciate it. We later had a falling out; god only knows what she did with it. Probably gave it to good will, if that. Taught me never to give my artwork away. I've done that so many times, and later found that people didn't really care about it and just left it somewhere or gave it away...
ReplyDeleteSniff.
Anyway, enough of my moaning. Point is, you are very good, and its inspiring to see.
XOX Happy Christmas.
