These were the clouds above Market Street on the other day. Interesting, huh? I think they are mammatus clouds, but I'm not sure. They were there and then 20 minutes later we had beautiful blue skies.
WAY cool clouds! I saw some here a couple of weeks ago that looked absolutely quilted - they were like tunnels in the sky. No way could I describe them, and of course I didn't have my camera. I need a bigger purse.
I love to look at the patterns created by the clouds... with the rainiest season (I'm sure EVER) here, we have had the most beautiful clouds! This shot has the most interesting composition! LOVE IT!

Those are cool clouds, in a kinda ominous/scary way. Glad they took off quickly!
